Wait a minute, how can this be true? South America has been tossing out
neoliberalist governments, while keeping their presidents alive. Ukraine
had a do-over in their election for president. Of course, the guy who won
was the same we gave $65 million in campaign money--so we don't have to
march into every country--just give them a ol' big pot of American money.
