directly from the Scott's home. He's certainly his daddy's boy.

No sign of any bonding in the Scott household, at least not on Evan's
part. Their video footage of his departure seems to have backfired on
them. I imagine it should put paid to any appeals they may have up
their sleeve.

You're delusional if you truly believe one could see no bonding in that
household from a 10 second video. Anything to suit your anti-adoption
agenda. You should hope that he did bond with The Scotts so he has an
easier time bonding to his new family. Biology isn't everything, Di.
