 | According to Toastmasters International who is considered an executive of the District. Are the appointed officer Public Relations, Youth Leadership Coordinators etc.. considered part of the Executive. Do these appointed officers have voting rights?

 | District officers with votes - District Governor, Lt. Governor Education & Training, Lt. Governor Marketing, Immediate Past District Governor, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations Officer, Division Governors, Area Governors.
Again, check the District bylaws on the TI website for this.
