Your are somewhat right. Parents today are just walked all over from
their children. They give in too much. And are afraid of giving
appropiate discipline. Yes, l mean giving a good ole fashion spanking on
the bare butt when necessary. I did not say go on beating and leaving
heavy marks, just a warm rear-end that is left stinging....They should
know when they reach the limits, sometimes taking away something of
theirs and detention just doesn't work anymore.....kids know how to put
on the act, especially girls....the little-girl crying routine should
not work anymore. l am just trying to say, sometimes you have to do
certain things to gain respect and control, BUT, only if you don't lose
your own control(temper).

All parents of homo sapiens have ALWAYS been weaker than their teens.
Simple fact! No average adult can stand up to the strength and
elasticity and speed of his own body at 16!

THAT IS WHY TEENS FIGHT ALL THE WARS! They have to get bamboozled into
it, but if they don't win first, then as soon as many of them refuse,
the war STOPS!

Its a tragedy we have lost the art of spanking our children. So many
today abuse their belts, when the kids today are crying out for it!
Watch the movie Saved, one can tell that the bitchy gal (cant remember
the actors name) that always wanted her way in life, and always tried
to run over people, lacked many spankings when growing up.

The US Army doesn't want uncontrollable teens. They'll bounce them right
out of the Army pretty quick. They want teens precisely because they can
control them and don't have to worry about them thinking for themselves.
After they have a few years experience with the Army way, *then* they can
start doing some limited thinking for themselves.

(I worked for Army recruiting for three years.)
