iiNet are more commonly known as iiBorg because they have assimilated many ISPs into their collective. :)

hehe, no they are are a good isp mostly. My previous isp was truly 'inept', the big T (and a rip off).
I used to have a boss with the surname Tennyson and the checker suggested 'tension' until I added it to the dic! I thought that may have been an omen too ;)

I was wondering if OE had it correct to be honest with their help desk being in Perth (if I remember correctly) and not always available at normal times of night/day in Sydney. I was wondering if they are going to run a help desk out this way, too.
