 | Anyone know if unsolicited faxes also fall under the anti-SPAM legislation?
Getting pestered with unsolicited faxes (on a voice line, to make it worse) regarding accommodation packages on the Gold Coast & elsewhere. Leaving my number on a "remove" line hasn't worked in the past, and now their voicemail is full and the accommodation number is continually engaged.

Being "harassed" by unwanted calls on the phone - be it a fax or whatever - can be stopped by contacting Telstra (or your phone provider).
I was getting a fax robot continually ringing my home phone, and Telstra put a trace on it for a month to see where they were coming from.
