 | How amusing, you ask students to use your illegal service and then have a disclaimer.......superexpert indeed!

There's little point trying this line of argument. Even if listening, he'll correctly state that it's not illegal.

To use his work and submit it as your own is illegal even if what he is doing in't

Sorry to be pedantic. The student's actions would not be ILLEGAL. They are very likely immoral, unethical, and against the statues of any university that genuinely cares, but I doubt if a criminal conviction would be recorded against the student. Moreover, this is work contracted for a fee, and copyright is clearly being handed over to the student.
Many readers will be very interested in an article in The Campus Review in (I think) November 2004, describing a long story of RMIT trying to prosecute a former student for assisting with current students' assignments (a $20K business) . After a 2-year long search, involving the police, half a dozen academics, and the criminal break-in and theft of important files in the case, the former student was fined only $750 in court, and is allegedly back peddling his assignments again.

Don't apologise for being pedantic its ok........a student at Bond Uni was found guilty in a civil court (I think the charge was forgery but I can't be sure though the Uni I currently attend has mentioned this case quite often) approximately 2 years ago...I'll try and find the detail
