INTELLIGENCE TEST -- Basic Level.

Subject: Compulsory etag instigation by the
NSW government.

Question one of one; answer yes or no to all
five propositions below.

Why is the NSW government seeking to
introduce a compulsory etag system for toll
road users?

Is it because such system primarily will:
a) benefit NSW toll road users by saving
them time paying tolls? Y/N

b) benefit NSW toll road users by
eliminating their need to fumble with cash at
the toll plaza? Y/N (Mr Shorty Curly Top
-really- does have an extremely low opinion
of the intelligence of toll road users!)

c) save the toll operator's having to pay
the wages of toll collecting staff, this at
unacceptable social cost to the whole
community? Y/N

d) allow toll company administrators and
investors to receive higher salaries and
higher dividends respectively, this at
unacceptable great social cost to the whole
community? Y/N

e) allow the NSW government at the easy
press of a few buttons to stealthily ratchet
up toll charges in such small increments (and
relatively often) as to trick NSW toll road
users in a way as to limit toll road user's
proper reaction against greed based toll
price rises. This action taken in a classic
confidence trickster manner to concurrently
limit the political damage (an already 'on
the nose' most arrogant) government would
suffer from larger toll rises? Y/N

(Just how silly -are- we Mr. Shorty Curly
Top? My guess is that you are quite
correct, we collectively are VERY silly…
though… there will be a state election in due
course ultimately, and maybe just maybe we'll
'talk' to you about your own sillyness with
respect to this toll matter and also a few
other subjects then.)

So,

I strike you (if I were given half a chance)
as a person with a touch of inbreeding
induced 'errors' such as my having 'a nervous
tic', 'a speech impediment', 'nouveaux riche
syndrome', 'delusions of adequacy' 'chronic
psychomotor agitation' 'an inferiority
complex driven bluster', 'pseudo elite's
drone', and many many etceteras including
harbouring a mass of phobias, a few of which
being:
Rhabdophobia, Bolshephobia, Enissophobia,
Medomalacuphobia, Athazagoraphobia,
Eleutherophobia, Lyssophobia, Epistemophobia,
Nucleomituphobia, Allodoxaphobia,
Phronemophobia, especially Tunnelophobia, AND
Govbanditollophobia!

Well, probably all of those huh!

(Oooops and oh no, there goes the North Shore
vote! :-) :-) :-) )

Harold.
