Seeing as what I am going to visit the Devil this coming week, does
anyone in Adelaide want to go for a ride?

(and having it towards the end of my stay gives me plenty of time to
practice!)

I intend to go Blackwood/Meadows/Macclesfield/Strath because I like
that run, but am open to suggestions.

Probably pick up a pie or something in Strath.

Any takers?

ooo i might even have to dust off the bike for this one.

BTW after numerous motocycle deaths on our roads this xmas the police are
targeting speeding bikes. Ride safe.

The advantage of a small light bike finding tight twisty roads. Heaps
of fun at the speed limit!

At least this time I remember where Unley Road is!

First time I got back to Adelaide after about 5 years away, I had this
bizarre disconnect where I couldn't remember where things were. For
example, being driven to the city from the airport, I recall thinking
'The Hilton Hotel is just coming up' but I had *no* idea where the
Hilton was in relation to the city - no idea how far away, or even what
side of town. When I was visiting people, I just started riding and
waited for instinct and remembered landmarks to kick in.

Luckily Adelaide changes so little that this is possible...
