What does the + sign on target plates mean, eg. T60+

How is it indicated whether a set can be divided? - (in the old days, a RED
plate meant the set was suitable for division and a BLUE plate that it
wasn't - e.g. a 7 car set. Also YELLOW and GREEN for the 4 car sets that
were divisible into 2 car sets)

Probably by turning off the circuit breaker...

It will have a seal on it, but that wont slow em down much.

The trick will be to blame some one else for breaking the seal.
