What a load of crap. The tsunami only affected the first couple hundred metres of coastline (unfortunatley where most of the villages and resorts are most heavily populated). If pug's Sri Lankan friends had survived the initial tsunami, all they need to do is walk 3 or 4 blocks back and use the first phone box. The communication, while more conjested than normal, is just fine. If he hasn't heard from his friends after 6 days, he's not going to. They're dead - let's face it. But remember, over 100,000 people are dead. Why is pug's friends more important than any of the others?
