Hello,

Can anyone suggest some effective settings for an external view of a commercial building.

I have installed flourescent tubes into the ceiling grids of 10
floors of a 11 storey building.

I did this because I wanted to pick up the light from these tubes, as you do, looking up at a building night and day.

I reduced the sun intensity down low, but still find the effect on the glass awful. (Although at night with the sun off its great.)

Ideally I want to pick up the lights through the glass, and some of the internal features. (at daytime)

So I would expect a high mirror setting, and high transparency on the glass. Setting the background clouds on, I'd expext to see them reflected in the glass.

Although this is quite easy to achieve in photoshop, I;d like to be able to simulate it in Revit, doubly so because I want it to be animated.

Thanks
Anyone
