 | Is somebody using Fungizone in solid plate media for C. elegans?
We have been using nystatin until now, but the new batches from Sigma, =20=
coming from a new source, do not dissolve properly any more. We thought =20=
of replacing nystatin with fungizone, but at what concentration is it =20=
used for plate media? Any ideas or suggestions for a replacement?
