CSI TCP/IP 1.5D Installation Problems from Flex Faketape

Has anyone installed CSI TCP/IP 1.5D using Flex-es Faketape. I am having some problems. Think we may have a bad distribution tape.
We DITTO the distribution tape to Faketape and start a Power RDR to the Faketape. Getting a wrong length record error about 400 records into the install job. Any comments or advise will be greatly appreciated.
