and though the world was made through him,

The world was created
through Jesus Christ the Son of God.
He came into the world
and showed his power of creation,
in healing the sick and raising the dead,
changing the water to wine,
multiplying the bread and fish,
commanding the wind and the sea.
Jesus Christ has the power to give eternal life.
He went to the cross in our place,
paid for our sins,
and became our righteousness.
He rose from the dead,
and returned to his Father in heaven.
Jesus Christ gives eternal life
unto those who put their trust in him for salvation.
