I am using MPC565, now i want to connect IDE Flash Disk. So wether the
can i connect local bus of MPC565 directly to the IDE Flash disk or
not? Or wether it should be converted to IDE bus..

I would guess that a flash disk is designed to work over an IDE
interface so the MPC565's local bus would have to be configured to work
in that fashion.
If I find out any more I'll let you know.
