 | Dear researchers / technology developers,
As many of you know, one of the largest scientic events in the area of Computational Intelligence, INNS-IEEE International Joint Conference on Neural Networks 2005 (IJCNN '05), will be held this year in Canada - in Montreal.
This event gathers close to a thousand of participants from all around the globe each year and this year there will be likely even more of them.
Did you know however that this year in addition to the regular sessions IJCNN '05 will also host exhibits-demonstration sessions, and that for the registration fee of the same ammount as for the normal session you can showcase your technology and/or the results of your research for the entire duration of the conference?
Besides, if you missed the regular paper submission deadline, which is fast approaching (January 31) and still want to have your presence in the IJCNN'05 CD-ROM proceedings, the exhibits-demonstration sessions give you a chance to do that. - The agreement has been reached to have the Exhibits-demonstration Session papers on the IJCNN'05 CD-ROM proceedings. The interested authors should submit their demonstration proposals to the Exhibits Chair by EXHIBIT PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE which is FEBRUARY 28, 2005. The Exhibit proposals are welcomed for submission after the given deadline too; they however will not be given space on the proceedings.
For more details on how to submit your proposal please see the IJCNN'05 Exhibits-Demonstration webpage at http://faculty.uwb.edu/ijcnn05 or directly at http://www.visioninterface.net/ijcnn05.
Important Dates: Feb. 28, 2005 - FIRST PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE (with space in IJCNN'05 CDROM proceedings) March 15, 2005 - Notification to authors submitted by first deadline March 30, 2005 - CDROM-ready material for authors submitting by first deadline May 15, 2005 - SECOND DEADLINE (without proceedings space) May 30, 2005 - Notification of authors submitting by second deadline.
