I'm a new member and a new user to neural netowrks! I'm trying to do a
project using neural networks. but I still don't have a good knowledge
on how to create a neural network. I'm using c sharp .net for my
project. Can any of ur'll please help me with this? And also let me
know some good coding sites where I can study on sample c sharp codes.
