 | I have a Trojan, cscgrip exe., that my spyware program will not
quarantine or eliminate. I believe this is a System 32 file. How do I
eliminate this?

Boot up your computer... using safe-mode..
Pressing F8 When booting up then choose Safemode...
Rescan Computer or specific file and delete it. this wil do it...
