Almost. Your example was a good one though. It seems that all the information you can have is not enough if you do not have the proper media to store it.
It seems that the type of information obtained by physics, such as states of motion, is good only for a "mental" or virtual reproduction of physical reality. hands on rerpoduction required much more information than that, which physics does not know what it is.
