Hi,
I need to implement the setTimes labeling heuristic for
cumulative scheduling problems, which is available in ILOG OPL,
in ECLiPSe. The explanation in the OPL manual is not that
detailed and I'm afraid an implementation based on that might
be incorrect.
I was wondering if anyone has a precise definition of how
this heuristic works and/or (even better) code for it.
