accidently i read a website, stating that seemly gvim have function
like code aid in some IDE

following up what stated in the page; i.e., to generate ctags; then
puting script file and tags in the path/to/homeDir/.vim/plugin [env is
window XP]. Yet it seems no use. is there any step i missed? or
what're the correct steps to make it?
i appreciate any suggestion, sincerely.
