 | Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem.
I installed Flightcheck Pro from markzware on an HP 3.2ghz Pentium 4,
512mb ram, windows xp professional. This is a relatively new machine
with no viruses spyware etc.
After installation, I started flightcheck and entered the activation
key. Got the banner for a few seconds and then it dissapeared. I
received no error code or indication that the program unexpectantly
terminated.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times. Everytime I
open the program i get an hourglass for about two seconds and then,
nothing! I've tried uninstalling several other programs (spybot,
adaware) still no success. markzware has been less than helpful on this
issue. I tried their solution. (latest copy of Quicktime) and then was
told they never heard of this before. He told me he was going to talk to
one of the engineers and get back to me. great tech support for a
$500.00 utility!
If anyone has any clues, please let me know. I'm stumped on this one.
