Quark Xpress 6.1 - where is print settings dialog box?

I have lost the "Print Settings" option (where it allows you to select b/w, color, & high to low quality print) in the pull down menu of the "Print" tab at the bottom of the main print menu.
Do you know where it may be or how I can get it back? I actually had it on my g4 & when I installed Quark 6.1 onto my powerbook it disappeared.
