 | PB 6.51, build 1299, Oracle 9i backend, composite dw with header and
footer and (for now) one nested report. In print preview, everything
looks fine and prints fine from the painter. But when run from the
app, the header and footer don't show up on paper. I am using the same
printer for the IDE and the run-time so I know it's not printer
geometry. I have seen numerous posts about problems in composite dw's
with data not printing as it should but didn't see any about
header/footer not printing. Anybody encountered this and know how to
get the header/footer to appear on paper?
