I am a newbie in data mining but with Statistics knowledge. Our
company would like to study the balance attrition of affluent
customers and plan to build an attrition model for those customers who
drop below a certain amount (says $200K). I would like to know what
variables or time-period should I use. Do I just need the last 12
months data to build the model?
Please kindly advice!
