1) has their receipt for any piece of APPLICATION software (not Windows or
upgrades) purchased DIRECTLY from Microsoft
2) would be willing to spend an hour with lawyers who are developing a
class-action lawsuit
You stand to make between $10K and $50K (incentive fee determined by judge
when the case goes forward).
Also looking for a software RESELLER to participate separately.

And how many hours with Microsoft's lawyers if the suit goes forward?
Talk about between a rock and a hard place - or Microsoft and lawyers
in this case. (Reminds me of the saying, "When the elephants dance, the
