QA/ RATIONAL ROBOT/ ASP/ CONTRACT/ FL
Position: Quality Assurance
Type: Contract (1099)
Rate: 42hr 1099/38HR W2
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Duration: 7 months
If qualified and interested, please answer the six questions at the
bottom.
The contractor is responsible for his expenses.
Required:
1. Demonstrated experience with software testing and quality assurance
3+ years, 1+ years in a ASP or ASP.NET environment
2. Demonstrated experience with Rational Robot automated testing tools
2+ years
3. Demonstrated Experience with the RUP and Rational Enterprise Suite
of Tools 1+ years (RUP, Test Suite, Requisite Pro, Rose, ClearCase,
ClearQuest, SODA)
4. Demonstrated experience with object-oriented analysis and design 1+
years
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff
Preferred:
7. Experience in formal project management requested not required
8. Experience with the programming of web-based or client-server
applications requested not required
9. Experience with medical systems requested not required
10. Experience with Department of Health systems a plus
3. Tasks
11. Report to the Data Processing Manager
12. Develop Test Plans
13. Coordinate user acceptance testing
14. Work with developers to coordinate functional testing
15. Develop test cases, scenarios and scripts with traceability to
requirements
16. Develop and run automated test scripts using Rational Robot
17. Attend use case workshops
18. Track and report test results, statistics and metrics
19. Create visual models using the Unified Modeling Language (UML)
contained the Rational Roseä and Rational XDEä tool
20. Develop other deliverables as determined by the Data Processing Manager
