 | The SDF public access UNIX system (a previous incarnation) is available via telnet at 'ns-c.freeshell.org'.
Also, Frank Larosa's BBS running Searchlight is also available for telnet connections at 'franklarosa.com'.
Both will be available this Saturday and Sunday. Feel free to drop in and say hello.

Great. When I tried it previously there was no instruction about the "visitor" login. This time, there is.
Fascinating... its been 10 years since I was logged into a 3b2.

The 3b2/500 is only up for the VCF event. When you telnet to ns-c.freeshell.org you should see this:
UNIX System V R.3 (WINS) (login as 'visitor')
login:
If you didn't see that, then it may have been due to a runlevel change which would have taken the 'login as visitor' out and replaced it with 'sdf'. So login as visitor. No new accounts will be created.
Once you are in, you can join other users in 'com' to get MAZEWAR or MDG games started .. otherwise you can play around at the shell.
