You're correct. The full downloads contain everything up to Eamon #250 except for the softdisk eamons. However, keep in mind that the DOS 3.3 package won't contain the eamons that were only written for ProDOS. Likewise, the ProDOS package doesn't include all of the DOS 3.3 programs as not all of them were converted to ProDOS.
The only other caveat is that the disks have no DOS installed on them. You can download boot disks with these links: Dos3.3 Boot Disk or a ProDOS boot disk
Let me know if I can help further, Matthew

so if i understand correctly if i get the zips for both the dos 3.3 and prodos zip..(i assume that is what i did took both zip pkgs) then between the 2 of them ..and whatever overlap there may be.i'll have everything.prodos and dos in one way or another..up to 250 ...but as mentioned the not the softdisk stuff...
and the dos 3.3 boot and prodos boot disk .which i get off the page seperately...is the only other stuff i'd need to get to have a complete (as far as your site) collection
anyway...i think i got.the above order correct right?
thanks for the effort
brad mrbrad@ll.net
p.s. not that i want them or really need them but does this include the famous (or should i say infamous) x-rated versions too in there someplace? don't need them specifically but just curious..

Yes, if you download these two collections with the two boot disks you should be able to play Eamon for a good while. You'll have all 250 Eamons, except for the Softdisk Eamons. As far as I know, this is every Eamon that has ever been submitted for public distribution (with the exception of two eamons not written for the Apple system). I guess I should just go ahead and add the boot disks to the collections to make it even easier. I'll try to do that sometime this weekend.
As far as the naughty versions, they are also included. Tom Z. has always produced two different Eamon CDs (a clean and a not-clean one) in order to keep the naughty versions from falling into the wrong hands. I guess I feel comfortable releasing them given the ease of accessing all sorts of worse things on the internet. However, maybe a disclaimer should also be added the file so that people would not be rudely surprised by them. Basically, if you are offended by gross ual content, stay away from these two Eamons! (32 and 196). Parents, you'll want to play these Eamons yourself before you let your children see them.
Actually, if anyone out there has a strong opinion about it either way, please let me know. This posting has made me rethink my inclusion of the two Eamons in the zip files and I want to see what other people think.

 | Anyone downloading "The Tomb of Razaak" from the Eamon Adventurers Guild should be aware that this game has nothing to do with the Fighting Fantasy role-playing gamebooks.
Apparently I inadvertently used the name of one of their characters when I was dreaming up my Eamon game. I discovered this only a few minutes ago. I thought the name was my own creation, but it's likely that I saw the name while surfing the net and it stuck in my subconscious. I don't think there's a copyright violation involved here, as the FF character is a demon-wizard in a fantasy universe, whereas mine is the reptilian emperor of a long lost empire in a science fiction setting.
Matthew, maybe this should be mentioned on the Guild's website, perhaps as a footnote to Tom's review.
Damn, this is awkward.
