CMD CQD220 and 223 -T/M (Tape and Disk)
Dilog DQ132

I know these all work as my last job was running a company that was a
reseller for all of these installing into
4200/4300/4400/4500/4700 vaxen.
By today's standards their capabilities are probably limited to v small scsi
disks.
