 | I've tried for two days to make replies to my original post, which was made via my normal Usenet service right before it broke. The upgrade on the service is supposed to take a few days. Hmmm...very pesky these computer thing-a-ma-jigs.
Google's interface to Groups seems to be broke too. Google lets me write the reply okay, but then when I go to post it, I get an empty new thread edit box, and my reply never appears. So, I'll post my response here, if this works.
First, thank you for all the replies.
Chris, I especially appreciate your detailed response, and I am going to follow your suggestion and investigate the hpgcc environment first. I downloaded the Samsung manual without difficulty - thanks!
As per another's reply, I will continue to check out the docs at hpcalc.org. Wow! What a treasure trove of resources there. Huge thanks to its webmaster and to all those who have contributed to the site. It is overwhelming for a newbie.
One question I am very curious about is whether or not the 49g+ has an assembler and/or compiler built into it, and how to access them if they are.
Cheers! Todd
