The post you replied to was posted by someone/thing known as Dippy or
Hipcrime, as part of an attack on the group news.admin.net-abuse.email.
It has been posting literally thousands of this sort of post to nanae
directly, but because they are fairly easy to filter out, it has started
posting them to groups all over usenet, with the Followups-to header set
to nanae, to cause a flood of posts saying "I didn't post that!",, "WTF
is gthis" etc., to the froup.
It is theorised that the reason for Dippy is attacking nanae because it
is either a spanked spammer or an extreme frea speach(sic)[1] advocate,
and wishes to disrupt the anti-spam activities in nanae. For more about
its activities, put "Hipcrime" or "dippy" into google.
The best thing you, and particularly those whose posts have been forged,
can do is to report the open proxy that Dippy is using (take a look at
the NNTP-Posting-Host header) to its ISP, who hopefully might do something.
