 | Hello,
My ISP (012) doesn't have proxy server.
I have a site on the Internet (*.co.il, hosted by a company at USA), and I
don't see the changes I made,
while I am in the internet by other ISPs, I can see the changes of my site.
I don't know why, but someone told me that only 012 doesn't have any proxy
server for that, so there is another technique they use to refresh the site.
Can I force changes to be seen, so I can see them when I am surfing on the
Internet.
