available in 47 languages. phpMyAdmin can manage a
whole MySQL server (needs a super-user) as well as a

a properly set up MySQL user who can read/write only
the desired database. Requirements: PHP3, PHP4 or
PHP5, MySQL 3.21 or newer, a web-browser (doh!).
