 | I have been using OPera 6.05 and OPera 7.21 for all eternity and decided to try Opera 7.54 on my
other machine. However, I can't find the key to activate the "hotkey". On earlier browsers it was
at the top of the screen in the menu bar. I don't see it in Opera 7.54. Where is it?

I presume you are referring to the button to toggle the "Hotlist", it's
referred to as "Panels" nowadays, and the button is no longer part of
the default toolbar IIRC. Use the customize options to put it back
(right click on the toolbar, customize, you'll find it on the "buttons
and fields" tab).
