No, you don't understand. Opera needs to handle the web as it is,
not as we'd like it to be. If site A tells Opera to reload the page
unnecessarily while site B tells Opera to reload the page for a good
reason Opera should be able to tell the difference automatically and
behave appropriately. It doesn't matter what the website says, Opera
should be able to do what the site's author intended, not what they
actually told it to do. Even if the site is utter rubbish and makes
no sense at all, Opera should sort it out. It doesn't matter that
there's no way Opera could possibly guess the webmaster's intention
every time. It should just do it. Everything is Opera's fault.
Everything. The web is full of crap: Opera's fault. Too much spam:
Opera's fault. Low value of the dollar: Opera's fault. The sun is
going to explode in four thousand millions years and incinerate the
entire planet, and that's Opera's fault too. It's all Opera's fault.
