 | hi all
I have the following problem: Whenever i have a site like http://www.tomshardware.com opened, my processorusage increases from nearly 0% up to 80%. I think that this problem is caused, by the flash (at least I think its flash) ads on this site. Note: Its not only this site which has that problem.. many do.
Anyone know how I could fix this?

Are you looking for a solution that will fix it by turning flash off?
I have such a mechanism with a user-defined CSS under the "Author Mode" button. This allows me to turn flash on or off whenever I need to.
I didn't develop any of this myself, I'm merely offering one solution.

 | Hello Swifty,
No this is unfortunately not the solution im looking for..
I simply want to reduce the processor usage to a resonable amount. If I display the same pages in IE, then processor usage is not nearly as high as in Opera
