Authentication pages from Universo Online (UOL, a big brazilian
portal) are not working since Opera 7.52. I'm using 7.54u1 now and
still have the same problem.
For an example of what is happening, you can use the following page:
http://www1.folha.uol.com.br/fsp/
Click on the "Quadrinhos" link on the left of the page
Click any name in there, like "Chiclete com Banana" or "Níquel Náusea"
The authentication page loads.
If you enter wrong authentication information it will reload the page
with an error message (this is expected behaviour).
If you enter correct auth info it should redirect you to the protected
content page. In Opera, it redirects me to the same auth page, and I
am unable to access protected content. However, I can access them in
Firefox and in IE.
I don't know why this happens. Maybe it's the fact that it redirects
to a non-secure page after authenticating?
Sorry if I can't be of more help, but unfortunately I can't share my
login info here (for obvious reasons) for you to test the successful
case.
