 | I use to mark e-mails as important, funny etc using Hotkeys: L-1,2,3,4,5.
when i was removing an e-mail again, I removed all!! The undo option
doesn't seem to cover that problem, or does it?

This why you get a dialog the first time you delete a messages, explaining
it will be deleted from all views.
You could look in the Trash view, sort on label, and Undelete all labeled
messages.
I'm not sure though what relation you see with 'tools', the subject of
this newsgroup.

That is because you have 43 different newsgroups on Opera and I see the
Undo option as a tool, also the "mark as" option.
