 | Is there any way to keep contact names private?
If I have a contact named "John Doe" with address "johndoe@here.com", when I send him a mail, the "To" header contains "John Doe ".
This is fine, but sometimes it would be best if the receiver doesn't see the name I gave to his/her contact (say, for example, I have a contact named "Stupid neighbour"). The only solution I see right now is editing the "To" field by hand after selecting the contact, which is not very convenient.
A better solution would be having two name fields. One field would be sent together with the address in the "To" header, the other would be a kind of alias and would be shown in the contacts list, but would never be transmitted outside my computer. So, I would like to have a contact called "Stupid neighbour" and, when I choose to send him a mail, it's sent to "John Doe ".
