If you surf with images off, you can rightclick the image box and choose "reload image". Kind of funny label, since it never actually will reload an image, only load it if it hasn't been loaded.

You mean with a stylesheet like this?
img[alt] {content: attr(alt);}

I don't see how that could be done... Opera selectively ignoring the stylesheet?

Sort of manual override? I'd like that. Most images on the web are filler anyway, I care for 1% at most. Activating only those (via mouse or keys) and still having my basic "text only" style, would be cool indeed. But maybe there are other ideas for dynamic page modification?
