 | Would there be any call for the ability to export individual (or a group of selected) Emails from a view rather than an entire inbox or view?
I have an inbox that gets all sorts of Email, including some periodic invoices that I need to archive and then delete from Opera. At the moment I copy & paste each whole Email to a new text file but as this only copies the raw text I couldn't easily put them back into Opera later on, if I ever wanted to.
If I could export them as an MBS file I would have the best of both worlds. I suppose there are workarounds involving custom filters but this is a lot of hassle compared to just Ctrl+clicking on the relevant Emails and exporting.

I know exactly what you're referring to. I have a work around if you're interested, based on what I've done.
I've made a special view, and if there are a group of messages I wish to export, I drag them to that view then export them. If they're not wanted in that view after that, I select them all and remove them from the view. That way, they're still in the database, but the view is clean for the next time I need it.

I just set a label that isn't in use and then export that label view... very quick.

Hmm...that's better than my way! I think I'll change!
Thanks!
