 | My homepage is a webpage hosted on localhost. It annoys me that I have to wait for other pages to load before the local page appears.
I'd like an option to skip the queue on certain user-defined hosts - ie., 127.0.0.1 and/or all private subnet ranges.
10.0.0.1 - 10.0.0.255 would be a nice one, for example.

Agreed.
This would be good also if something similar were implimented for local proxies. opera treats local proxies as a normal host, so you either have to limit the proxy or open hosts up, allowing opera to flood the host you are getting to via the proxy
