 | My 103-year-old aunt recently passed away and left a beautiful little
Lalique pedestal candy dish to me. It was part of a small collection of
Lalique pieces she'd collected long ago.
The candy dish stands about 4" tall and is maybe 5" across. Four little
sparrows (I think they are sparrows) face out from the pedestal (between the
base and the dish). I'd very much like to learn more about it - for instance
it probable age and, if possible, its approximate value.
Not sure what other details would be helpful. It is signed "Lalique" on the
bottom. the condition is excellent, save for a small chip on the base.
