What free news servers are folks using for reading AND posting to r.a?
Every time I find one they seem to close the posting facility after a
short time...

| I've just signed up with the server "News.Individual.NET" that allows you to
read and write articles in about 24,000 national and international
newsgroups.

Early days, but it seems excellent. My main ISP would not support newsgroups
through BT Broadband. I then acquired a server that would only allow me to
read for free but no posting. This one allows reading and writing - hence my
return to rec.antiques
