I recently bought all the published bits of the New England Historic
Genealogical Society (NEHGS) Committee on Heraldry's roll of arms; and,
in speaking with their sales department, heard that all the relevant
issues of New England Historical and Genealogical Register are
available to members online.

http://www.makepeace.ca/nehgs/roll.html

Please check before applying, but the relevant level of membership
(research member) costs $75, which is lower than what it cost me to buy
the items in print.

I wanted the print so that I could eventually donate it to a library
without facing copyright issues.

I assume you mean that www.nehgs.org is now
www.newenglandancestors.org. If so, thank you for bringing the
deprecated links to my attention. NEHGS doesn't tell me when they
change their site.

I have updated the relevant links on my site.

If you meet Peter Wouterse van der Meulen in there you will have
tripped across my 6xgreat-grandfather. NAICT, he was disinherited by
his father Pieter Wouterse van der Meulen for taking up with a bunch
of Puritans, so he emigrated to New England.
