Another enlightened response as usual. Are you trying to say that when
the Kenyans can fed their popultion that they qualify for the use of
heraldry? Or are they simply a nationality that should be Wappen Frei?
I actually find Stephen's reseach to be very interesting and he is to
be commended for discovering the facts about the Kenyan College of
Arms. I am sure that most of us look forward to his article on the
subject.
