Thank you for posting the Kenyan College of Arms Act. It will be very
interesting to find ouit if it has been implemented for personal arms
rather than civic arms. Antigua and Barbuda also have heralds but they
seem to be limited to a ceremonial role in the opening of Parliament
and to civic arms even though they have been authorised for some years
to grant personal arms.
