Dear David

The guidelines that accompanied the Act (see posting above) were
chiefly aimed at civic and other corporate bodies, but clearly provided
for personal petitioners also.

Thanks to you for mentioning Antigua and Barbuda. I will now have to
track down further information on these too. I am doing a presentation
for the Royal Commonwealth Society in April titled "Heraldry in the
Commonwealth", and the more examples the merrier.
